David is the driving force behind everything creative with Echos. A full time wedding and documentary filmmaker, his films have been seen thousands of times over across the entire world. His first documentary film has helped raise over 3 million dollars for non-profits in Colorado, and none of that would have been possible without his passion for wedding films and developing his personal style of cinematography across 10 years in the industry.

Born and raised in St. Louis, David has made over 300 wedding films in his career. He would describe his style as cinematic without being overly dramatic. David’s style as a cinematographer and filmmaker allows the couple to live in the moment while it’s being captured discretely. He thinks that the best part of wedding films is being able to capture true emotion in a cinematic way, allowing both the audience and the couple to relive that memory forever.

Outside of weddings, David enjoys spending time with his wife Madison & their three dogs, playing Dungeons & Dragons like a true nerd, and annoying his wife Madison with Youtube videos about cameras.
